Product Manager

• This is a broad Product Manager role combining key account management, product development, and commercial delivery in a consumer goods environment.
• You’ll work closely with a Business Unit Manager and partner across operations, marketing, graphics, and sales teams to execute category plans and deliver growth.
• The role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll drive sales submissions, manage the commercial rhythm, and deliver outcomes through multiple stakeholders.
• You’ll be accountable for category direction and performance, ensuring range, pricing, and execution are aligned to budget, margin, and inventory targets.
• Based on the North Shore, this is a full-time, office-based role with significant cross-functional exposure.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in product/category management with a strong commercial and relationship focus.
• Confidence owning key accounts, negotiating, and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort working with sales, margin, inventory, and forecasting.
• Solid business systems and MS Office skills, with the ability to manage detail-heavy documentation accurately.
• A leadership mindset: organised, resilient, calm under pressure, and able to keep momentum in a shifting environment.
