Know OpenText VIM inside out? We'd like to talk. \We're looking for an experienced OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) specialist to join an established SAP team on a six-month contract. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys getting hands-on with existing SAP environments, understanding how things work, identifying where improvements can be made and resolving the configuration and functional issues that can slow business processes down. We're particularly interested in consultants who have worked beyond the initial implementation phase and have real experience supporting, configuring and improving OpenText VIM in a live SAP environment. What you'll bring · Strong hands-on experience with OpenText VIM for SAP, particularly functional configuration and troubleshooting. · Solid understanding of invoice processing, including PO and non-PO invoice workflows. · Experience working with approval routing, exception handling and invoice processing issues. · A good understanding of SAP FI/AP and the integration points between VIM and core SAP financial processes. · The ability to investigate functional issues, identify root causes and implement practical solutions. · Experience testing, validating and documenting configuration changes. · Confidence working alongside SAP functional and technical specialists and business stakeholders. www.tribegroup.com | Shed 7, City Works Dept, 90 Wellesley St, Auckland 1010 | Level 1/354 Lambton Quay, Wellington 6011 What you'll be doing: Working as part of an existing team, you'll bring specialist OpenText VIM knowledge to support ongoing configuration, issue resolution and functional improvements. You'll be comfortable investigating problems, working through business requirements and delivering solutions rather than simply advising others on what needs to be done. This isn't a role where we need someone to learn VIM on the job. We're looking for someone who already understands the product and can contribute quickly.
