Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and content efforts. No prior experience in digital marketing is required. However, if you’ve managed social media, written content, or worked with website tools before, that’s a plus. You’ll work closely with our marketing lead and founders to help us grow our brand visibility, engage with our online community, and publish content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Content and SEO Management (webpage and blog publishing, page metadata, link building)
• Content Writing (content generation with AI tools for various platforms)
• Influencer Collaborations and External Publications (Medium articles, guest posting, influencer outreach)
• Social Media Interaction and Community Engagement (commenting on posts, running surveys, contests, and other interactive activities)

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and Russian
• Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow through
• High attention to detail and consistency in execution
• Clear written communication in English
• Bonus: experience with social media, content writing, or website content management (e.g., WordPress)
