Short Summary:
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead one or two teams with a specific technical mission, providing both people and technical direction while owning the delivery of your teams. You will set team-level technical direction and grow engineers into stronger roles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction and standards for your teams' domain.
- Coach and develop engineers, including growing strong ones into senior and staff roles.
- Own your teams' roadmap commitments and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure sustainable review processes in an agentic SDLC.
- Operate agents and contribute to shared libraries.
Requirement:
- Engineering management experience with a track record of growing engineers.
- Strong technical foundation in relevant domains (front-end, middleware, back-end, data, or platform).
- Current practice of AI-native software delivery (Claude Code or equivalent).
- Strong on talent development and comfortable in ambiguity.
