Head of Marketing

Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Director for RNK Health to own marketing and product analytics, reporting, and tracking across their acquisition channels. Type: Full time Location: Remote Working hours: 14:00-22:00 EEST (Kyiv time) About RNK Health RNK Health is a fast growing telehealth brand. We help people get treatments like NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12 — prescribed by licensed providers and shipped to their door. We run our own ads, funnels, creative, email/SMS, affiliates, and analytics. WHAT THIS JOB IS You own the end-to-end marketing strategy, priorities, and execution across all channels. This is a hands-on role. You will oversee paid acquisition, affiliates, creative, funnels, CRO, email/SMS, analytics, and marketing performance while managing the teams responsible for execution. You should be comfortable digging into the data yourself, identifying problems, and deciding what we should test, fix, or scale next. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Paid acquisition Oversee paid acquisition strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads. Guide budget allocation, testing, scaling, and optimization decisions based on funnel performance and revenue impact. Affiliates Own affiliate strategy and performance. Evaluate partners, manage economics, monitor traffic quality and performance, and identify opportunities to scale. Creative strategy Oversee creative strategy and testing across paid channels. Work with the creative team to continuously test new concepts, messaging, hooks, offers, and formats based on performance data. Funnels and CRO Own funnel performance and conversion optimization. Drive structured A/B testing across landing pages, funnels, offers, pricing, checkout flows, upsells, and other key conversion points. Email/SMS Oversee lifecycle marketing in Customer.io including automation, lead nurture, abandoned checkout, cross-sells, winbacks, campaigns, and deliverability. Analytics and attribution Oversee marketing reporting and dashboards in Mixpanel. Own visibility into CAC, ROAS, CR, AOV, retention, LTV, and attribution. Make sure we can trust the data behind our decisions. Product alignment Collaborate with Product on analytics, attribution, tracking, marketing integrations, A/B testing, and conversion optimization. Own the marketing side of experiments, from identifying what to test to reviewing results and deciding what to scale. Marketing strategy Own end-to-end marketing strategy, budgets, priorities, and execution across all channels. Identify growth opportunities and make sure teams are focused on the highest-impact initiatives. The marketing team Manage and coordinate paid acquisition, affiliates, CRO, creative, email/SMS, and other marketing functions. Set clear KPIs, priorities, and accountability across the team. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years in performance or growth marketing, with leadership experience - Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing - Experience managing and scaling significant DTC advertising budgets - Experience scaling a subscription business - Strong experience with analytics, attribution, and tracking tools (Mixpanel experience a plus) - Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization - Strong understanding of creative testing and performance creative - Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CR, AOV, retention, and LTV - Experience managing multiple marketing teams and specialists - Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription health business - Comfortable digging into data yourself instead of waiting for someone else to explain it NICE TO HAVE - Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription health business - Experience improving attribution and tracking across multiple marketing channels Ready to join the team?
