What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strong digital marketer who can combine strategy, execution, communication, and influence. This person should be comfortable stepping into an evolving environment, identifying what needs to change, and taking ownership of building the path forward. You will thrive in this role if you are: An excellent writer and communicator who can translate strategy into clear, compelling ideas. A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership without requiring significant direction. Flexible, resourceful, and able to think on your feet. Highly detail-oriented and organized, while still seeing the larger strategic picture. A builder who enjoys creating and improving strategies, processes, governance, and measurement rather than simply maintaining existing programs. Able to develop an idea, explain why it will work, and clearly articulate how it should be implemented. A persuasive collaborator who can gain buy-in across operations, leadership, Legal, Marketing, and other stakeholders with different priorities and working styles. Data-driven and comfortable using insights to make decisions, optimize performance, and demonstrate business impact.
