We're currently looking for a person to join our Accounting & Finance Team in the role of an Accountant. As a member of the Finance department, you will be working closely with an internal team to ensure accurate and consistent bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Posting of all types of transactional documents in the accounting system (receivables, payables, asset accounting, bank statements, etc.),

• Maintain debts collection process,

• Participate in billing process (SalesForce+Maxio),

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under the supervision of the Accounting & Finance Manager,

• Keeping accounting records and reconciling them with the general ledger accounts,

• Support and execute period-end close activities of Polish entity including preparation and submission of journal entries, analytical analysis over key accounts (cash, AR, revenues, OPEX), balance sheet reconciliations, 

• Maintain accurate and complete financial records,

• Ensure that all accounting processes align with local statutory legislation,

• General administrative tasks for the finance department.

To be successful in this role you need the following

• 3+ years of responsibility and execution within a Polish finance or accounting function;

• Demonstrable accounting skills;

• Can-do attitude that will help cooperate with other departments or external consultants and provide relevant documents and reports on time;

• Attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organizational skills;

• Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office;

• Good command of English (at least B2 level).
