Short Summary:
Tinybird helps developers and data teams build data pipelines and innovative data products using real-time data. The Product team focuses on creating a cohesive and user-friendly product, contributing to various layers of the software stack.

Responsibilities:
- Build and operate complex backend systems.
- Shape how systems are exposed as part of the product.
- Debug incidents and improve system reliability.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Communicate clearly in writing and document decisions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to understand customer issues.

Requirement:
- Strong experience in backend services and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Comfortable working close to production.
- Interest in data and SQL, with curiosity about real-time analytical systems.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience using AI tools in daily workflow.
