Short Summary:
The Brazil TV & Film Creator Manager will work to foster the Brazilian TV & Film creator ecosystem, collaborating with publisher partnerships and the broader LATAM team to establish TikTok as the leading entertainment platform for fandoms in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Own part of the Brazilian TV & Film creator pool (mapping, segmentation, prioritization, and engagement strategy).
- Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with creators; serve as their primary point of contact for platform guidance, opportunities, and issue resolution.
- Develop and execute creator content strategies aligned with regional entertainment priorities.
- Collaborate with publisher partnerships to connect creators with studio IPs and amplify official content.
- Track and report on creator pool performance metrics, delivering monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
- Work with LATAM and global content ops counterparts to align on best practices and adapt global strategies for the Brazilian market.
Requirement:
- Experience in creator management, content operations, digital media, or entertainment partnerships, with a focus on TV & Film.
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian entertainment and creator ecosystem.
- Proven track record of managing creator relationships and driving measurable content growth.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
