TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them. With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. As a Business Development Graduate, you will be part of our Dine-in SMB team, working with small and mid-sized restaurant merchants to drive growth on our platform. Depending on your individual strengths, you may be placed in one of the following areas: - Business Development Operations: Monitor and analyze BD team performance metrics, including KPI tracking and pipeline data, to support data-driven decision making. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations and product to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of business initiatives - Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing end-to-end platform marketing campaigns, ensuring timely launch and smooth delivery. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including merchant sign-up rates and GMV impact, and support optimization efforts based on data reviews - Business Development: Identify potential merchant opportunities and assisting with outreach and partnership development. Assist in maintaining relationships with merchants and partners, and help understand their business needs to support long-term collaboration.
