Short Summary:
As a Training Associate, you'll be the senior trainer on the Enrollment Education & Enablement team, designing and delivering training programs for Enrollment Specialists to enhance their performance and skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive Enrollment Specialist onboarding program for new hires.
- Lead live, virtual training sessions for new hires throughout onboarding.
- Develop engaging training materials for both virtual and live training.
- Partner with E&E Team Lead to design ongoing education programs.
- Own and maintain the Enrollment Handbook and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with Enrollment quality team to identify training needs.
Requirement:
- 4 - 7 years of experience in training curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience working within an enrollment team or similar patient-facing administrative healthcare function.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes in regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education or Healthcare-related field preferred).
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards required.
