Director/a de Talento (Director of Talent) – Santiago, Chile

Who We Are

Hi! We're Thinkingbox, the brief-to-build agency. Creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content, we partner with leading brands across industries like sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. We believe the hands that carefully craft the work should belong to the minds that dreamed it. Culture is at the heart of who we are, and our offices are hubs of natural collaboration, from office dogs to team gatherings that keep our work environment vibrant, welcoming, and fun.

With teams across North America and Latin America, we thrive on collaboration, creativity, and bringing great people together to do great work. As we grow our presence in Chile, we're looking for a Director of Talent to help support and develop our local team while working closely with our broader North American Talent and leadership teams.
