The Role

We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support growth across THG Ingenuity.

This is a high energy, high impact role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building relationships and opening doors with senior decision makers.

Booking qualified meetings with relevant decision makers
Researching and targeting accounts aligned to our ICP
Running discovery conversations to understand business challenges and priorities
Handling objections confidently and building interest through value led messaging
Managing follow up sequences and nurturing accounts over time
Keeping CRM updated with accurate notes, next steps and pipeline hygiene
Working closely with BD’s, Marketing and wider teams to align on campaigns and priorities
Continuously improving your activity and conversion through coaching

This role suits someone who is:

Genuinely hungry to build a career in sales
Confident speaking to senior stakeholders on the phone

Resilient and competitive
Organised, proactive and consistent
Excited by the creative/content world and can speak with energy

Experience (We’re Flexible)

You could be:

A current SDR/BDR looking for a stronger brand and clear progression path
