OfficeJob Description
As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale. Join our colleagues in bringing our Mission to life every single day to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world’s toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced and strategic digital product leader to define and drive the commercial technology, data, customer intelligence, and AI capability roadmap that will enable the next generation of our commercial experience.
The Director, Digital Product Management – Commercial AI & Intelligence will own the product strategy and integrated capability roadmap across Commercial AI, Sales technology, Marketing technology, the Commercial Insights Platform, Salesforce-enabled commercial experiences, and the data capabilities required to enable them. This leader will connect commercial strategy with product, technology, data, and architecture requirements, partnering closely with businesses, Sales, Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and strategic external partners to ensure investments build toward a common enterprise vision.
This is not a traditional application, platform, or technology management role. The Director will establish the North Star for how technology, data, customer intelligence, and AI come together to transform how our commercial teams work. The role will define how commercial colleagues understand customers, identify opportunities, generate insights, determine next-best actions, collaborate across the enterprise, and increasingly execute work through AI-enabled and agentic experiences.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of business strategy, digital product management, data, AI, and enterprise technology. This individual must be equally comfortable engaging senior business and technology executives, shaping investment and architecture decisions, and working with product, data, architecture, engineering, and business teams to translate strategy into scalable enterprise capabilities and measurable commercial outcomes.
