Partner closely with Marketing and Contact Center leadership to maximize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and development as the outbound sales team continues to grow.

Recommend and implement improvements to processes, workflows, scripts, and sales practices.

Help shape and scale TTC's outbound sales capability by contributing operational insights and best practices.
