Short Summary:
The Senior Legal Counsel for Mexico and Latin America provides broad legal support across commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters, serving as the primary legal point of contact for The Pokémon Company International’s business in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Provide front‑line legal advice and guidance to business stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements.
- Act as the primary legal point of contact for the Mexico subsidiary.
- Manage and coordinate litigation, disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Partner with internal commercial and operations teams for legal support.

Requirement:
- Licenciatura en Derecho, Juris Doctor, or equivalent law degree.
- Licensed to practice law in Mexico and in good standing.
- Eight (8+) years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate in both Spanish and English at a native or bi-lingual fluency level.
