Short Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Enterprise Data Platform and AI, to lead the transformation of our enterprise data ecosystem. This role will own the vision, development, and scaling of a unified data platform that consolidates disparate data sources and enables seamless access to high-quality, actionable data across the organization.

Requirement:
- Twelve+ (12+) years of relevant professional experience, plus five (5) years of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- Deep Data Platform Expertise: 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or platforms.
- End-to-End Data Knowledge: Strong understanding of data ingestion, data lakes/warehouses, and modern data architectures.
- AI & Analytics Enablement: Experience enabling AI/ML and Computer Vision capabilities.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to structure teams and develop talent.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to simplify complex data concepts.
