IT Project Manager (m/f)

DP World is recruiting for an IT Project Manager (f/m) to provide support to the Regional IT Team in delivering IT project management across a wide range of internal and external projects covering Infrastructure, Transformation, Information Security, Contract Logistics, Freight, Ports and Terminals, as well as Global Technology Accounts.

How You Will Contribute:

• Project management execution in line with internal SLAs and KPIs
• Team leadership, including building and developing high-performing teams
• Stakeholder management: engage with key stakeholders to maintain project pipelines and ensure effective communication on existing programs and projects
• Reporting: maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular weekly and monthly status updates
• Budget, Risk, and Resource Management: implement formal processes for managing budgets, risks, and resources across program and project activities
• Customer satisfaction: monitor and measure satisfaction for both internal and external customers
• Manage multiple regional IT customer projects simultaneously
• Provide detailed project planning and workstream allocations for all involved parties
• Facilitate the definition of requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation of IT business solutions to ensure customer expectations are met
• Act as the liaison and primary point of contact between Operations Management and IT teams (Software Development, QA, and Infrastructure)
• Manage, diagnose, and prioritize issue logs in conjunction with the Business Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with the processes and requirements of the Integrated Management System

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a multinational enterprise environment
• Demonstrated project leadership and supervisory experience, including significant relationship management with both internal and external customers
• IT project experience involving the design and delivery of complex supply chain logistics solutions.
  Strong IT background with broad exposure to IT solution design and the delivery of high-volume, complex application and infrastructure solutions deployed on a regional or international scale
• Experience and understanding of enterprise architecture and software systems related to third-party logistics (3PL) solutions and integration with customer systems and local automation technologies, including AGVs, Wearables, Conveyor Systems, and PLC-driven systems.
