Short Summary:
The Program Coordinator is instrumental in advancing The Engine Accelerator's mission, supporting Tough Tech teams in commercializing disruptive technologies and enhancing programming, community, and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of The Engine Accelerator's programs.
- Coordinate and manage events, including after-hours scheduling.
- Work closely with the team to set and track program goals, KPIs, and outcomes.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the accelerator's programs.
- Serve as the point of contact for partners to facilitate program design and execution.
- Support engagement efforts with Tough Tech startups.
- Organize events and activities to nurture the community among startups and mentors.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to facilitate access to essential resources.
- Gather feedback from participants to refine and improve programs.

Requirement:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in event coordination or program support.
- Understanding of project management basics and collaboration with diverse teams.
- Effective communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Commitment to the mission and prioritizing team objectives.
