Technical Product Manager – Compliance Technology (Vendor Relationship Management)

The D. E. Shaw group seeks a technical product manager to join its Middle and Back Office Technology (MBOT) team to manage the technical relationship between the firm's Compliance function and a key technology vendor supporting several compliance applications. This role blends vendor relationship management with technical product oversight, involving collaboration with the vendor, internal product and development teams, and Compliance stakeholders. Over time, the position offers the chance to expand into broader product management across the firm’s compliance technology landscape, with exposure to trading, operations, compliance, and software development groups in a collegial environment.
