Salary: $22.00 per hour

Duration: Part-time Temporary Position

Schedule: Day shift Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) 

Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate/Driver will serve as the primary resource for scheduling and executing material pickups and returns in company van to customer locations, federal facilities, and convention centers. Expect driving day trips a couple times a week. Occasional overnight trips may be required. This position will help manage shipping related activities to include packing, scheduling, receiving, and storing of all equipment and customer material. Keep records on all shipments ensuring accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. As schedules permits, picks up or delivers documents and equipment to client’ locations or convention centers. Daily lifting, loading and moving boxes of material up to 35lbs. is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers through email and phone communications

• Work well as part of the overall services team
• Coordinate and schedule priorities of pickups and returns with the services team
• Assist the services team with preparing and executing shipments of equipment and material to customers and vendors

• Ensures all incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness and condition

• Maintains records for shipping and receiving

• Move/stage equipment and boxes of material within the facility to different locations and departments
• Perform basic maintenance for production warehouse (replace lights, block light, etc.) and coordinate with landlord on leaks, repairs, conditions, etc. 

Secondary Responsibilities

• Manage excess equipment, furniture and material in an additional storage warehouse
• Move equipment, furniture and material between storage warehouse and production warehouse
• Assist the Tech Services department with shipping and receiving of equipment, parts and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Experience driving for businesses with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and material daily
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Able to communicate clearly with both customers and employees
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to accept responsibility
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of motivated work ethic
• Proven team player in a production environment 

Physical Requirements:

Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting boxes regularly up to 35lbs.

Working Conditions:

Capable of working efficiently and accurately in a quiet, dark, temperature-controlled environment with other production staff simultaneously utilizing various electronic imaging and film equipment. Work will be fast-paced and deadline driven.
