GTM Recruiter

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, from high volume IC hiring through senior leadership searches
• Partner with GTM leaders to define roles, calibrate on what great looks like, and deliver on hiring goals
• Design and execute recruiting strategies that fit the search, from building high-volume pipelines to running targeted, relationship-driven senior searches
• Build deep pipelines of GTM talent, proactively mapping the market and developing relationships before we need them
• Use recruiting data and market insights to understand what’s working, where we’re stuck, and what needs to changeManage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience regardless of role level
• Shape how we recruit as Thatch grows, continuously improving our approach and raising the bar for how we hire
• Treat every candidate interaction as a reflection of Thatch's brand, delivering an experience polished enough to turn candidates into advocates and customers, whether or not they get the offer

Background we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with direct experience recruiting for sales/GTM roles across a range of seniority levels
• Demonstrated ability to flex between high-volume entry-level hiring and executive/leadership searches
• Proven track record of placing top sales talent and contributing to high-performing GTM teams
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth environment, where priorities and hiring needs evolve quickly
• Use data and market insights to diagnose searches, adjust strategy, and advise hiring managers

Experience we’d be particularly excited about

• A track record of partnering with sales leadership on org design or headcount planning tied to revenue goals
• Prior recruiting experience within healthcare, health tech, or insurance—understanding the talent landscape and how to evaluate domain-relevant candidates
• Highly adaptable, creative, and eager to learn new skills or domains, with a strong desire to leverage new tools and resources to drive better outcomes for Thatch
• Skilled at building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines
• Familiarity with Greenhouse

• 30 minute video meeting to meet 3-4 members of the team to dive deeper into your experience
• 30 minute video meeting with department leadership to understand alignment to the role and your motivation 
• 20-30 minute video meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles
