Short Summary:
Join our à la carte kitchen team at FITZROY – Modern Australian Kitchen & Bar, located on the 14th floor of the WERK4 tower in Munich. We offer a blend of modern Australian cuisine with Asian and European influences in a casual fine dining atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Join our à la carte kitchen team (late shift starting at 2:30 pm)
- Take ownership of your assigned kitchen section
- Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes
- Ensure smooth and efficient service operations
- Handle fresh, premium ingredients with care and attention to detail
Requirement:
- Completed culinary training
- Several years of professional kitchen experience
- Ability to manage a kitchen section
- Work late shifts and maintain quality under pressure
- A passion for premium cuisine and creative cooking
- An independent, well-organised, and reliable working style
- A strong commitment to quality and the ability to stay calm during busy service periods
