Short Summary:
At TerrAscend, we grow possibility in the cannabis industry, focusing on quality, care, and community. The Fulfillment Inventory Technician will manage order picking, packaging, and inventory intake in our grow/processing facility.

Responsibilities:
- Perform counts and quality checks to ensure all inventory is accounted for.
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations.
- File claims for defective products.
- Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer.
- Pick/pack orders for shipments, verifying correct quantities.
- Work in a team setting and fill out compliance forms regularly.

Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to follow direction and be self-motivated.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to lift 30lbs.
- Must pass a background check.

Environmental Factors:
- High exposure to plant matter and pollen, with varying temperatures and humidity.
- Required to wear protective gear and may be exposed to harsh cleaning chemicals.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50lbs.
- Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking for extended periods.
- Must wear PPE and follow strict safety guidelines.
