Responsibilities:
- Contribute to sustaining and quality improvements across Teradata database systems.
- Diagnose and resolve customer-impacting issues, particularly within Teradata's strategic data access and lakehouse integration capabilities.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues involving SQL Engine, data access paths, and cloud storage integration.
- Develop high-quality code fixes and product improvements.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring customer issues.
- Improve diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Build technical expertise in NOS, OFS, and OTF.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with database systems or large-scale data platforms.
- Working knowledge of Teradata DBS internals and architecture.
- Experience with NOS, OFS, or OTF subsystems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Python, or similar languages.
