What You'll Do

As Product Manager for CX Apps, you will own the strategy and execution for Teradata's real-time decisioning and campaign management capabilities, leading the transition of VCX and CIM from standalone enterprise applications into the decisioning and execution layer of a unified agentic CX platform. You will work directly with engineering, field, architecture, and customers to close the adoption and reference gap against competition, and deliver agentic experiences that prove the platform's value at scale.

You Will:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for VCX and CIM, driving their evolution from legacy standalone apps into the Campaign Strategy and Real-Time Decisioning agents at the core of Teradata's agentic CX platform.
• Define agent architectures built on MCP and Vantage, with explicit go/no-go gates tied to conversion lift, setup time reduction, and real-time adoption growth across enterprise accounts.
• Own competitive positioning, building the proof point program, arming field and COE teams.
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, field, and architecture, translating customer requirements into prioritized roadmap decisions while holding the integration contract with the data foundation layer.
• Present product vision and investment asks to senior leadership, framing architectural tradeoffs, adoption risks, and platform sequencing in materials that inform decisions, not just report status.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS, CX, or decisioning platforms.
• Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of real-time decisioning, campaign management, or customer engagement platforms (e.g., Pega CDH, Hightouch, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe).• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, MCP-based tooling, and orchestration frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to engage technical customers, field teams, and architects to drive adoption and build references.
• Strong executive communication skills, able to frame strategy, tradeoffs, and investment asks in crisp written and verbal form.
