What You’ll Do 

• This Product Marketing leadership role will work across the globe with Teradata leaders to understand our technology direction, product strategy and then lead a local team in the development and execution of Product Marketing programs and assets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building quality programs and assets that require strategic thinking, storytelling and iterative development with both international peers and a local team. Specifically, this leader will: 

• Work iteratively to develop and supervise product marketing programs spanning messaging, launch and enablement assets, self-service tools, technical demonstrations, and industry use cases. 

• Lead development of technically credible demonstrations and assets—including demo scripts, guided walkthroughs, self-service experiences, videos, presentations, and sales enablement—in partnership with product, engineering, design, and field teams. 

• Develop and improve the results of the local team and product deliverables 

• Develop new programs and tools that strengthen Teradata’s position in the enterprise data, analytics, and AI market. 

• We are creating a Product Marketing POD in India.  This position will lead the Product Marketing POD in India.  This role will have 2-3 individual contributors reporting into the director position 

• Success is measured in the effective and efficient development of programs and content that positively impact the market, Teradata prospects, and customers. 

 Who You’ll Work With 

• This role will report into Teradata Product Marketing senior leadership and will require regular interaction with product marketing peers to understand the working environment and refine the POD’s approach to changing conditions.

• Teradata operates a hybrid working model, which requires a minimum of 50% on-site presence at our Hyderabad office to foster collaboration and team engagement. 

 What Makes You a Qualified Candidate 

• 8-10 years’ experience in Product Marketing in the technology space. 

• Understanding of the enterprise data, analytics, and AI market—including agentic AI, data platforms, cloud architectures, and trusted context and knowledge technologies—as well as the companies and industry influencers that shape the space. 

• A proven track record of managing local teams within an international company.  

 What You’ll Bring 

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills working with a US based leadership team and then with a local team of Product Marketers. 

• An aptitude to digest highly technical product details and lead the development of credible demonstrations and multimedia assets, including video.
