Short Summary:
As a Developer Advocate, you will help data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and AI builders understand what they can build with Teradata. You will own technical enablement, including creating tutorials, demos, and workshops, while engaging with the developer community to improve their experience with Teradata's tools.
Responsibilities:
- Create technical content including tutorials, videos, demos, blogs, how-to guides, workshops, and Agent Skills.
- Explore agent-driven development scenarios and share practical experiments.
- Run and support community programs including office hours, workshops, webinars, and meetups.
- Answer developer questions and troubleshoot common issues.
- Contribute to KPIs measuring developer adoption and engagement.
- Speak at developer conferences to represent Teradata.
- Track developer trends to position Teradata within the developer landscape.
- Partner with internal teams to improve the developer experience.
Requirement:
- 2+ years of related technology experience in roles such as developer, developer advocate, or technical product manager.
- Experience building technical content for developer audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of software development practices and APIs.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language.
- Experience managing code repositories and collaborative workflows.
