Short Summary:
The Operations Analyst supports the Worldwide Professional Services Resource Management and Operations team, focusing on analyzing and improving operational efficiency and scalability. This role involves delivering critical reports and analysis regarding the financial health and effectiveness of the business, optimizing core business processes, and working closely with Finance, Accounting, and Digital Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate data and analytics for the Worldwide Professional Services team
- Manage revenue recognition process including forecast reporting and process improvements
- Identify and suggest PSA tool improvements
- Assist with reporting and analytics around delivery pipeline, backlog, and revenue management
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects for business optimization
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, processes, and procedures
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business Platforms on shared processes
- Interact with systems vendors and user communities
- Document solutions designs, architecture, and workflows
- Plan, manage, and report revenue forecasts for the PS team
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of related experience, with 2+ years in a services/consulting industry
- Prior experience designing business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high volume of requests
- Proficient in Microsoft (or Google) Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with Certinia, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Infrequent travel required
