Short Summary:
As the Senior Partnership Manager – Entertainment, you will develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with Live Entertainment brands, providing members with exclusive benefits and experiences while driving revenue growth for Ten's global entertainment proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for all partnerships and contracts secured within your market across all genres.
- Develop strategies for best market offers, inventory, and proposition materials.
- Support Lifestyle Managers in maintaining partner relationships for future growth.
- Monitor performance of partnered suppliers to ensure high-quality service and member satisfaction.
- Analyze redemption and demand of live events to improve strategy by member group and region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure maximum exposure of offers and events to members.
- Stay aware of competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive efficiency within entertainment teams by improving processes and sharing successes.
- Propose and implement new strategies to positively impact member satisfaction and corporate revenue.
Requirement:
- Experience in procuring and maintaining Live Entertainment relationships.
- Ability to initiate and lead new business initiatives aligned with key objectives.
- People management skills to motivate and drive performance.
- Experience in customer-led industries with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Project management skills for managing complex global projects.
- Strong account management skills to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven track record in negotiating and procuring relationships.
