Short Summary:
As a Luxury Travel Concierge, you will craft unforgettable experiences for high-net-worth clients, managing requests with elegance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Engage warmly with clients, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
- Manage requests end-to-end—logging, tracking, and following up with finesse.
- Book exclusive dining, entertainment, and travel experiences.
- Plan thoughtful gifts and unforgettable experiences.
- Partner with top-tier suppliers to deliver unique offerings.
- Clearly explain terms and conditions before confirming bookings.
- Actively participate in team meetings and support colleagues globally.
- Utilize e-learning tools to enhance skills in travel and lifestyle trends.
- Assist leadership with team initiatives as needed.

Requirement:
- Proficient in English.
- Experience in customer service with at least 2 years in travel agency or travel booking.
- Required experience working on a travel GDS booking platform (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Global experience (Preferred).
