Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative, strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate Telefónica Tech UK&I’s digital presence.

In this role, you’ll shape our digital marketing strategy, strengthen our brand positioning and bring our story to life across digital channels. Working across our technology practices, sectors and partners, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to drive brand awareness, engagement and demand generation.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and optimise our digital marketing strategy across social media, website, video, paid digital and emerging channels.

• Shape and amplify Telefónica Tech’s brand narrative, creating compelling digital content and campaigns that connect our capabilities and showcase customer value.

• Act as our digital marketing expert, advising and supporting the wider marketing team on best practice, channels, content and performance.

• Manage and develop our digital presence across platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and our website.

• Create and optimise engaging digital content, including video, thought leadership and senior leadership profiles.

• Support integrated marketing campaigns, delivering effective digital journeys that drive awareness, engagement and conversion.

• Track and analyse digital performance, using insights to continuously improve results.

• Explore emerging trends, including AI-powered search, SEO, AEO, GEO and new digital tools and technologies.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B technology or professional services.

• Strong digital storytelling, copywriting and brand positioning skills.

• Proven experience managing organic and paid social, websites and integrated digital campaigns.

• A creative, hands-on approach to digital content, with video production or editing experience an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimise digital performance.

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, ideally including HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.

• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement.
