Short Summary:
This role is for one of our clients in the Software Development industry, seeking a Mid-Senior level Architect backend with 11+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Take end-to-end ownership of components and be responsible for the subsystems.
- Write high-quality code and take responsibility for tasks.
- Solve performance bottlenecks.
- Provide mentorship to other engineers.
- Communicate and collaborate with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams.
- Deliver with quality, on time, in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's in computer science or relevant fields.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills.
- Experience in building and scaling microservices.
- Solid understanding of at least one NoSQL database.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting, and diagnosing.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
