Short Summary:
TechOp Solutions International is looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support. The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service and administrative support.
- Respond to and resolve complex customer questions by researching issues and applying established policies and procedures.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in applicable systems.
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate and ensure timely resolution.
- Process requests, verify information, and maintain data accuracy across various systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Associates degree; minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with HS diploma.
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or help desk support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must meet security eligibility requirements.
