Middle SaaS Sales Account Manager

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Middle SaaS Sales Account Manager to join one of our clients' teams from Spain. Main responsibilities:

-You'll reach out to dealerships to close a software demo with them.

-You'll build healthy, strategic relationships with potential clients.

-You'll run the product demo, trying to keep your composure when the client is blown away.

-During the free trial, you'll set up the tool, train users, and share best practices.

-You'll nurture the relationship with your client over time, keeping them updated on news and sharing tips and best practices along the way.

-3-5 years of experience in SaaS Sales;

-You want to develop yourself in customer management and the SaaS environment;

-You have excellent writing and powerful communication skills;

-You feel very comfortable working in an electric, high-performance environment;

-You're a person with high emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and empathize with others' needs;

-You're also friendly, you smile when you talk, and you're as strong as Arnold – you handle "no" like a champ;

-You're a curious person with good judgment for spotting improvements;

-You're tech-savvy, which matters a lot for fitting into clients culture.

Working conditions:

-Full-time contract – 40 hours a week.

-Permanent contract.

-Hybrid work – fully onsite in Madrid for the first few weeks to soak up clients culture, connect with the team, and get trained.

-You can decide your own start and end times – though you always need to cover 10:00–13:00 Monday to Friday and 17:00–19:00 Monday to Thursday. Friday afternoon is party time!
