Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize customer business requirements.

• Translate customer needs and pain points into detailed product requirements and agile user stories.

• Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

• Act as a proxy Product Owner, supporting development and Scrum teams throughout project delivery.

• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to align business objectives with solutions.

• Conduct product gap analysis to identify missing functionalities and improvement opportunities.

• Analyze and model business processes to support solution design and implementation.

• Support backlog prioritization and ensure requirements are clearly understood by development teams.

• Ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and business objectives.

• Apply Agile methodologies and requirements management best practices.

• A university degree (preferable business or IT related);

• 5+ years working experience as a Business Analyst in the field

• Experience working on lending products such as commercial, corporate or construction loans

• Good communication skills;

• Good analytical and evaluative skills in order to translate customer pain points into detailed product requirements;

• Ability to execute product gap analysis based on gathered requirements to maximize project and customer success;

• Knowledge on requirements management, process modeling and development methodologies.
