Responsibilities:
- Design and build the agentic operating model for Taxfix.
- Understand and map workflows, identifying bottlenecks to automate processes.
- Build advanced agentic systems and multi-step workflows.
- Own architecture and deployment of software solutions.
- Systematize and scale successful workflows across teams.
- Coach marketers to become builders and contribute to an AI-first organization.

Requirement:
- A track record of building internal tools or automation pipelines.
- Experience with modern AI-assisted build tools and software engineering.
- Fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, and data management.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of data flows in marketing operations.
