Engagement Manager, Future Platforms | Housing

We are seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end success of enterprise deployments for future platform products within the housing industry. This role involves managing complex customer stakeholder groups, guiding implementation and workflow decisions, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate real-world customer needs into scalable product improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise software implementations or large-scale technology transformation programs, a strong record of career progression, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution and success of enterprise deployments for future platform products.

• Manage complex customer stakeholder groups throughout the implementation process.

• Guide implementation decisions and workflow design to support successful enterprise deployments.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs and real-world challenges into scalable product improvements.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to support implementation progress and successful delivery.

• Help ensure enterprise platform solutions align with customer requirements and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience managing enterprise software implementations or large-scale technology transformation programs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder groups.

• Experience guiding implementation decisions and workflow processes.

• Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer needs and support product improvements.

• Demonstrated career progression, including promotions or increased responsibilities over time.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Location and Work Arrangement

• Location: New York City area.

• Work Arrangement: On-site.

• Travel Requirements: Approximately 2–3 times per month, typically for about one day per trip.

• Candidates must be able to work on-site in the New York City area or be willing to relocate.
