Short Summary:
The Logistics Integrity team protects talabat's rider marketplace by detecting, preventing, and reducing rider fraud and misconduct across eight markets in the Middle East. As a Sr. Specialist, you will manage high-impact rider misconduct behaviors and ensure the integrity systems are effective and efficient.

Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of high-impact rider misconduct behaviors end-to-end.
- Design and tune detection rules and enforcement thresholds.
- Run the enforcement operating loop and track performance.
- Document detection and enforcement processes.
- Manage tooling and operational hygiene for the team.
- Expand integrity coverage by identifying new misconduct patterns.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for execution and rollouts.

Requirement:
- 4 to 6 years in Trust and Safety, Fraud and Risk, or Logistics Operations Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in behavioral fraud detection or gig-economy fleet operations.
- Strong SQL fluency and ability to build dashboards.
- Excellent analytical skills and process-mapping mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to enforcing standards and compliance.
- Proficient in Gen AI tools and excellent communication skills in English.
