Short Summary:
As a Manager Rider Acquisition & Partnerships, you will build and maintain relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring rider safety and performance while leading the rider lifecycle to improve retention.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.
- Ensure sufficient data sharing for performance improvements.
- Create incentives/penalties for 3rd parties to enhance rider performance.
- Prioritize rider safety and wellbeing with solid measures in place.
- Act as the voice of the 3rd party to Talabat, addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Talabat rules to increase rider loyalty.
- Design training programs for riders on internal SOPs and new features.
- Oversee onboarding of new riders and reboarding of existing ones.
- Conduct Rider Engagement activities to understand and address pain points.
- Document training activities and assess effectiveness through feedback.
- Set up performance improvement plans for low-performing riders.
- Reduce rider complaints from customers.

Requirement:
- Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in high growth startups, tech companies, consulting, or IB.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Adaptable and willing to question the status quo.
- Team player with a results-oriented attitude.
