What you'll be doing

• Develop, test, and continuously improve cloud-native CaaS and PaaS capabilities, primarily using Go.

• Contribute to Kubernetes operators and controllers that automate cluster and platform lifecycle processes.

• Support the development of an automated Kubernetes platform and its integration with the surrounding infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows using technologies such as GitLab CI/CD, Helm, Flux, or Argo CD.

• Implement improvements to the platform’s reliability, security, observability, and performance.

• Analyze software and platform issues, resolve bugs, and contribute to root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with international engineering and operations teams and actively share knowledge within the team.

• Participate in on-call rotation (for stand-by operations).

What we are looking for

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable qualification.

• Fluent in English.

• 2+ years proven experience in cloud technologies.

Technical skills

• Practical software-development experience with Go or a comparable programming language.

• Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts, APIs, workloads, and lifecycle processes.

• Initial or practical experience with Kubernetes operators, controllers, or comparable automation.

• Experience with automated testing, code reviews, version control, and technical documentation.

• Experience with CI/CD or GitOps tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Helm, Flux, or Argo CD.

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.

• Basic understanding of cloud-native security principles.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes operators, controller-runtime, or Kubebuilder.

• Exposure to Cluster API or comparable cluster-lifecycle automation.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform or Helm.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes networking, multi-cluster environments, or private-cloud infrastructure.

• Experience in telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or large-scale private-cloud environments.
