Join our dedicated US sales team and build on an existing customer base and inbound demand. You will own your territory and the full sales cycle, generating a meaningful share of your own pipeline alongside inbound opportunities that support your ramp and ongoing performance. Marketing, BDRs, Sales Engineering and AI tools will support you.

What you'll do

• Own a defined US territory, focusing on enterprise accounts with the potential for significant revenue.
• Create qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, calling, email, LinkedIn and referrals, while progressing inbound opportunities.
• Lead discovery, POV’s, business cases, negotiation and close, connecting governance, security, storage and AI readiness to measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships across IT, security, leadership, procurement and finance, supported by Sales Engineering.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify deals, maintain accurate forecasts in HubSpot and ensure a clear handover to Customer Success.

What you'll bring

• Essential: Direct Microsoft ecosystem sales experience, selling Microsoft 365 or closely related solutions at a software vendor, Microsoft partner or reseller.
• A proven record of winning new customers, generating your own pipeline and closing the opportunities you create.
• An understanding of enterprise challenges around SharePoint, Teams, permissions, governance and security, with confidence engaging IT and security leaders.
• Strong discovery, territory planning and enterprise sales skills, including managing multiple stakeholders and procurement.
• Willingness to work US Eastern business hours from the UK and travel occasionally. US market experience and MEDDPICC knowledge are advantageous.
