Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE Lead)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.
• 14+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience, including ownership of production systems and large-scale delivery initiatives.
• Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong understanding of modern AI application patterns, including:
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Semantic search
  • Agent-based systems
• Hands-on experience building backend services, APIs, and scalable production systems.
• Ability to operate across architecture, data, and platform layers.
