Your role

As an Operations Analytics Manager EAME (m/f/d), you will be part of our Operational Excellence Team F&B EAME, consisting of 6 employees located at our sites in Holzminden, Braunschweig, Rennes and Nördlingen.. In this key role, you will ensure that operational performance across the EAME region is optimized through data-driven insights. Your main focus will be the preparation and analysis of data related to operational efficiency and forecasting, supporting improved decision-making. This is a full-time position to be located at our Headquarter in Holzminden, Germany or Noerdlingen, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting to provide precise scenario planning and simulations.
• You will regularly provide and evaluate efficiency reports for the entire Operations department.
• You will work closely with various functions such as Production, Planning, Customer Service, and Procurement to deliver data insights that align with our goals.
• You will prepare, analyze, and translate data into actionable insights to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the region.

About you

• You have successfully completed your degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• You have gained initial work experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
• You are familiar with database management, reporting automation, and data integration techniques.
• You have a strong understanding of operational efficiency metrics such as OEE and productivity ratios.
• You have the ability to process and analyze large datasets with high attention to data accuracy, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of the English language.
