Short Summary:
As Investor Relations Manager, you will shape and communicate Symrise’s equity story, acting as a trusted partner to senior management and a central interface to investors, analysts, and the international capital markets.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the investor relations strategy.
- Serve as a key contact for investors, analysts, and capital market stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate investor-facing materials, including earnings presentations and reports.
- Organize and support capital market activities such as roadshows and investor meetings.
- Collaborate with Finance on quarterly reporting and financial communication.
- Monitor market developments and provide insights to management.
- Maintain and develop investor relations communication channels.

Requirement:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Investor Relations or capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, valuation, and capital market regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and German.
