Middle .NET Engineer

At Symfa, our .NET Unit is one of the largest in the company, with multiple ongoing and upcoming projects for long-term international clients.

We work with partners from the US, UK, Canada, and Israel, including tech-first companies and enterprise digital transformation teams. Projects vary from building platforms from scratch to modernizing existing systems, improving performance, scalability, and user experience.

Most of our collaborations are long-term, with dedicated teams fully integrated into the client’s process. You’ll often work closely with Product Owners,  Business Analysts, and Engineers on their side along with the engineering team on our end, using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

In this role you will deal with:

• Developing corporate and public web applications, database structures, APIs and optimizing data and file processing flows
• Researching and modernizing legacy workflows by implementing a new user interface
• Refactoring of SQL stored procedures and database tables
• Reviewing the code for accuracy and functionality
• Working with unit and integration testing
• Communicating with the customer via email/messengers/calls (English)

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Knowledge and experience with .Net/.Net Core
• Experience and a good grasp  of SQL databases
• Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Git and Git Flow
• B2 English level fluency
• Great communication skills
• Proficiency in managing tasks from start to release
• An eye for detail 

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with work with frontend frameworks (or the desire to learn them)
• Experience with VB.Net
