.NET Technical Lead

We are currently looking for a .Net Technical Lead to join a long-term enterprise project in the Insurance domain. The role is full-stack, with a strong focus on backend development. You’ll work primarily with C#/.NET, APIs, integrations, and SQL, while also contributing to the Blazor frontend as part of the ongoing modernization.
You’ll work closely with the customer, Product and Business teams, and other engineers, combining hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring.

In this role you will deal with:

• Developing and modernizing corporate applications, APIs, and backend integrations using C#/.NET
• Working with SQL databases and optimizing data processing
• Contributing to the modernization of the frontend using Blazor
• Performing coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and code optimization
• Designing technical solutions and maintaining design and architecture documentation
• Leading the development team, providing technical guidance, and mentoring less experienced developers
• Ensuring code quality and compliance with development standards
• Communicating with stakeholders and the customer regarding new functionality and prioritization
• Communicating with the customer via email/messengers/calls (English)

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with C#/.NET/.NET Core
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead role
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
• Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Git and Git Flow
• Proficiency in managing tasks from start to release
• Great communication and mentoring skills
• An eye for detail
• B2 English level fluency

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with .NET 10 and microservices architecture
• Experience with frontend frameworks, especially Blazor, or willingness to learn Blazor
• Familiarity with Copilot
• Background in the Insurance domain
