REMOTE Jira or Azure DevOps MS Excel and MS Visio B2 English level fluency

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join the growing project team of our top account - a US insurance giant from the Fortune 500 list. This is a full-time position where you will play as the Business Analyst across multiple sub-projects consolidated under one portfolio.

You will be growing professionally together with our BA Department, whose mission is to expand and accumulate expertise in finance & insurance business domains!

You will deal with:

Setting up and maintaining BA processes in the project
Creating detailed requirements documentation: specification, user stories, user manual, diagrams, wireframes, UI mockups, UX flows, dynamic prototypes
Communicating with the product owners, end users, dev team and UI/UX designer; clarifying requirements with all stakeholders
Learning all product functionality and business logic, serve as knowledge sharing person between dev team, product owners and management
Taking ownership of project boards, ensuring they are consistently updated and accurate
Conducting and moderating daily standup calls, PO syncups, planning/grooming sessions and retrospectives

What We’re Seeking:

Profound knowledge and extensive experience in creating BA and technical documentation (product specification, user stories, user manuals, diagrams, wireframes)
Proficiency in at least one project management tool, like Jira, Azure DevOps, or others
Experience in working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum)
Competency in MS Excel and MS Visio for Diagrams
Excellent spoken and written English to develop end user documentation with strong grammar punctuality without any language errors or mistype
Flexibility and Adaptability to dynamic environments, ambiguity and shifting priorities
Can-do attitude and robust problem solving skills
