• Dig into performance, spot the patterns, and turn what you learn into sharper content next time;

• Experiment constantly, testing new formats and approaches to see what clicks across platforms and audiences.

And you can check off:

• Proven experience managing social channels for a brand, agency, or digital-first business;

• A strong feel for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Threads - their algorithms, formats, and how people actually behave on each;

• Hands-on short-form video skills, from scripting and filming to basic editing;

• Confidence reading social metrics - reach, engagement rate, shares, saves, video views, audience retention - and knowing what they're telling you;

• A proactive streak: you don't wait to be told what's trending or what to make next;

• Excellent English copywriting and communication skills;

• Real curiosity about internet culture, technology, digital privacy, and the way social keeps shifting under everyone's feet.

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked with international audiences, especially US and UK markets;

• Know how Reddit communities work and how brands join in without getting roasted;

• Have run paid social or boosted organic content;

• Use AI tools to speed up production, research, or workflows;

• Have handled research-driven, educational, or tech content;

• Love experimenting with unexpected formats, humor, and cultural references.
