Business Development Manager

Superside is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead and grow a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You'll drive pipeline growth through strategic development initiatives, close collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Ops, and hands-on management of your team.

You're process-oriented, data-informed, and comfortable coaching a fully remote team to hit ambitious targets. Superside moves fast, so you'll need to build an environment where your BDRs can adapt quickly and stay engaged no matter where they're based.
